Baby Thundertail Base

A base for a baby Thundertail. This base includes a PSD file with all of the layers of this base that make it easy and convenient to use. PSD files are compatible with SAI, and can probably work for other art programs as well. Edits to this base are allowed, but credit must always be given to me, and do not remove the watermark.
